Health & Safety Policy
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened beauty and personal care products, including our lash growth serum. This policy protects the health and safety of all our customers.
Unopened Products
If your product arrives unopened and you change your mind, you have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us to initiate a return. The product must be completely unused, sealed in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return for an unopened item, please contact us at ztrapped@ztrapped.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at ztrapped@ztrapped.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective product
- Description of the issue
We'll review your case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
